Assistant General Manager

• Understand the business vision with short-term and long-term plan to formulate HR vision based on the organisation plan.
• Develop HR strategy with due tactical plans to achieve the strategies.
• Implement and drive organisation development & change management processes.
• Hands-on leadership hiring and hiring process owner for JCB across all levels.
• Develop plan to enhance engagement through programmes designed to foster collaboration and create a positive workplace environment.
• Develop and implement employee wellbeing strategies with focus on physical, mental, emotional and social wellbeing of the employees.
• Strategies and design interventions for the overall upliftment of employee engagement and holistic well-being.
• Understand the organisation culture and anchor the DEI initiatives across JCB.
• Develop data centric HR organisation with focus on key HR metrics.
• Bring-in a culture that promotes quantification / measurement of process parameter and outcome.
• Act as a SPOC / Anchor for the JCB vide POSH implementation & compliance.
• Anchor AIML in HR processes for better outcomes.
• Custodian of all people related policies & processes in JCB.
• Conducts impact assessment and implementation of government driven new initiatives impacting labour & employment aspect of JCB.

Skills Required

• In-depth knowledge of HR interventions / development
• Exposure of HR practices especially in strategic planning & leadership hiring
• Data analytics to pre-empt trends
• Ability to create people strategy
• Knowledge of Success Factor would be an added advantage
