Assistant Manager

Key Objectives

Effectively manage warehouse operations across multiple locations & Ensure execution of dealer orders and stock transfers timely

Manage transporters and 3PL service providers to support business requirements and achieve desired performance levels.

Drive logistics performance through continuous monitoring and achievement of operational KPIs.

Drive cost optimisation initiatives across warehousing and logistics operations through process improvements, automation initiatives and continuous productivity enhancement.

Major Deliverables

1. Manage end-to-end warehouse operations across multiple locations to ensure operational excellence and service delivery.
2. Manage logistics partners and 3PL service providers to achieve targeted service levels and business objectives.
3. Drive logistics performance, Transporter evolution & TAT analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Lead dealer order execution, stock transfers, and distribution operations & manage daily Techweb calls
5. Budget monitoring - Capex/FOH/VOH & Controlling costs.
6. Lead continuous cost optimisation initiatives across warehousing and logistics operations while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
7. Implement automation, digitalisation, and process improvement projects. Maintain MIS reports & PPT- Daily/Weekly/Monthly.
8. Asset management & reconciliation- movement / Transfer on daily basis
9. Scrap auction activity- Asset/E-waste/Garbage & Plastic/Corrugated box
10. Daily BOQ/CDR/CSR/Car lease for Parts.
11. Legal Agreements & Monitoring with -Service Provider/Transporter/ Scrap dealers.

Essential Attributes

1. A Warehouse manager having sound knowledge of Warehousing, good understanding of Operation & order execution.
2. Skill Set : Analytical, Project management, Influencing skill, Collaboration skill, adaptive/Critical thinking. Emotional intelligence and resilience.
3. Detail understanding of Logistic ,3PL & their agreements, Asset management & auction process.
4. Good Communication & management skills.
5. Strong Interpersonal influence skills & ability to deal with across culture.

Qualifications

B-Tech Mechanical (MBA in Operation will be added advantage)

Experience Level

4-5 years of experience in Warehousing Operation (Automobile/Excavator industries)
