Deputy Manager

Key Objectives

Effectively manage planning of imported raw material for Parts division of JCB.

Responsible for ordering till payment to overseas suppliers.

Experience in coordination with International Suppliers, forwarders, custom clearance activity.

Departmental Dashboard and new MIS creation

Major Deliverables

1. Planning of Imported raw material for Spare Parts Division.
2. Maintain availability more than 95% and inventory/provision as per norms.
3. Coordination with freight forwarder for pick up and arrival of material on time.
4. Coordination with CHA for custom clearance activity.
5. Managing short receipt/quality issue / credit note with supplier.
6. Internal coordination with Finance and Plant related activities.
7. Departmental Dashboard and presentation. Knowledge of SAP/MS office/advance excel/Power BI etc.

Essential Attributes

1. Person should have sound knowledge of Planning cycle, good understanding Import process.
2. Skill Set : Analytical Knowledge of SAP/MS office/advance excel/PowerBI etc.
3. Good presentation & Communication skills.
4. Strong Interpersonal influence skills & ability to deal with across culture.

Qualifications

BE  - Mechanical or equivalent

Experience Level

8-10 years of experience in Import.
