Eligibility / Qualification Criteria: - B.E. Mechanical

Target Industry: - Brand of good repute: Construction Equipment / Tractor Industry/ Automobile/ Heavy Engineering Companies with reputed and well-known brands. 

•          Excavator & Compactor Industry (L&T, Volvo, caterpillar, HAMM, CNH)

•          Loader Backhoe Industry (CNH, Telcon, Terex Vectra, John Deere)

•          Wheel Loading Shovel Industry (Caterpillar, Telcon, Liugong India)

•          Tractor Industry (Mahindra, TAFE, International Tractors, John Deere, Swaraj etc.)

Exposure & Essentials: -

1. Knowledge of Casting process & sources.
2. Knowledge of commercial settlement of Casting, Forging & machining parts.
3. How to calculate bunch weight in casting process.
4. Exposure to different machining process CNC, VMC & conventional machining.
5. Zero base costing of Casting, machining & Forging parts
6. Surface treatment process like CED, Plating & powder coating.
7. Packaging and transportation knowledge of parts.
8. Exposure to die pattern development for casting parts.
9. Exposure to machining fixture design & development
10. Exposure toward casting defects & their control parameters.
11. Exposure to Casting & Machining tool Construction standards
12. Exposure to Casting, Forging & Machining parts manufacturing industry.
13. Exposure toward casting grades.

Role Experience (Consider what is actually required to do in the Job)

1. Technically sound in systems & knowledge of ISO / TS / QS.
2. Has good knowledge on vendor database for the above-mentioned commodities.
3. Should be a team player with excellent communication skills, motivation caption and should be able to plan, co-ordinate & implement project.
4. Must have highly developed Communication skills and Project co-ordination.
5. Should have good understanding of manufacturing processes & be able to carry out cost & negotiation with suppliers / partners.
6. Should have on hand experience of SAP module with exposure for MM & Finance module.
7. Responsible for achieving cost targets by means of strategies / resources. / VE ./ negotiations.
8. To co-ordinate with local materials team for smooth transition of competes
9. To –co-ordinate with new suppliers, to co-ordinate with QA team for development & supplies.
