Assistant Manager- Machine Shop

Job Description

• Machine shop Production, planning, inventory management, manpower handling, tooling management, knowledge of CNC programming, well versed with FANUC and Siemens control, capable to handle a shift independently, experience of new parts development at CNC machines. Flexible to work in 3 shifts.
• Experience in same industry will be added advantage.
• Daily production schedule attainment with SQDCM parameters.
• Drive Productivity Improvements, Lean, TPM & EHS initiatives.
• Coach & Mentor, the shop floor resources and create team work to deliver better results
• Guide the team on problem solving techniques.
• Drive IMS Process and implementation.
• Plan and improve the workforce flexibility and multiskilling of the team members.
• Responsible for development of Tools, Tackles, Trolleys for fabrication Parts.
• Maintaining & improving Processes, Production efficiency, cycle time, capacity, & Process capabilities.
• Layout Changes and Modifications to ensure High productivity.
