Job Description

(Detailed description of roles and responsibilities for this job)

• Should know the sheet metal & heavy fabrication with preferred exposure to Construction Industry/Earth moving industry/
• Fabrication process  / Costing / Norms
• Negotiation skill
• Should know SAP functions
•  Data management & analysis
• Ability to develop next vendor, new business case & supplier development
• Knowledge of 5S technique, 8D report, PPAP, ISIR and executing FnF activities
• Supplier evaluation and assessment
• Formulation of fabrication commodity strategy in-line with business need.
• Understand the NPIP process and ability to work on stringent project time lines.
• Should be conversant with development cycle and lead times
• Commodity price movement & periodic settlement
• Experience in managing small projects will be added advantage
• Good Command over MS office
