Senior Engineer

Job Description

• Hands-on experience in CNC machining maintenance and troubleshooting
• Experience with CNC Machining Centres and VMC machines using Fanuc and Siemens controllers.
• Hands-on experience in mechanical assembly of machines and sub-assemblies like spindle assembly, ball screw, ATC replacement and alignment.
• Experience in hydraulic and pneumatic system maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machines.
• Strong knowledge of laser cutting machines and welding robots’ maintenance.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings.
• Good knowledge of mechanical systems and basic electrical systems.
•  Experience in root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective actions.
• Knowledge of TPM, 5S, and safe maintenance practices.
• Ability to reduce machine downtime and improve MTTR and MTBF.
• Experience in Kaizen, cost reduction, and continuous improvement activities.
• Ability to solve repetitive machine problems using logical troubleshooting.
• Ability to coordinate with production and quality teams.
• Ability to guide and train team members to improve technical skills.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure safe work practices.
