Role & Responsibilities 

1)Achievement of monthly/annual machine sales targets.
2) Development of Dealer sales team through classroom / on field training/coaching.
3) Plan & help execute Market development activities like: product demos, customer meets, plant visits etc.
4) Maintain excellent rapport with financiers, key customers.
5) Timely & accurate forecasting of machine requirement.
6) Gathering market intelligence and conduct field studies.

• Outstanding communication abilities

Qualification and Experience

Degree in engineering field (Mech or related). MBA preferred. Minimum 15 yrs experience in Heavyline equipment sales of JCB Product Line range such as Excavators, Wheel Loaders to large corporate houses.
