Deputy Manager

Role & Responsibilities 

1. Parts Availability: Ensure continuous availability of parts, achieve targeted parts fill rate and order fulfilment levels.
2. Maintain availability more than 95% and inventory/provision as per norms.
3. Managing short receipt/quality issue / credit note with supplier.
4. Internal coordination with Finance and Plant related activities.
5. Procurement & Replenishment: Generate timely Schedule and replenishment plans, Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules
6. Inventory Management: Maintain optimum inventory levels based on demand forecasts.

Skills Required

• Person should have sound knowledge of Planning cycle, good understanding Import process.
• Proficiency in SAP systems having knowledge of SAP transitions.
• Analytical Knowledge of MS office/advance excel/PowerBI etc.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously
• Good presentation & Communication skills.

• Strong Interpersonal influence skills & ability to deal with across culture
• Data analytics to pre-empt trends
