Assistant Manager

Position Name: - Assistant Manager – Finance & Costing   

Qualification & Experience : -   CA / CMA – Experience at least 3 years

Location: - JCB Industries (Vadodara)

Eligibility / Qualification Criteria: - CA / CMA

Target Industry: - Brand of good repute: Mainly from manufacturing industries - Construction Equipment / Tractor Industry/ Automobile/ Commercial Vehicle/ Heavy Engineering Companies with reputed and well-known brands.

Exposure & Essentials: -

1. Knowledge of SAP CO, MM & FI
2. Understanding of Budgeting & Forecasting
3. Monthly run of standard costing
4. Exposure to Financial Accounting & Management Reporting
5. Product wise Costing & Margin analysis
6. Transfer pricing for inter-company transactions
7. Costing Roll ups & MM/ FI Module knowledge
8. Inventory Analytics and provide inputs for Control
9. Establish & ensure Control on Material recording & Valuations
10. Costing data analytics and ensure compliance of data accuracy
11. Expense analysis – MoM / YoY detailed analysis – RMC, other VOC and FOH
12. Capex cashflow
13. PR Review
14. Audit & Compliance

Role Experience

• Technically Sound in SAP, Excel & Power Point.
• Has prepared Cost Records & Reports for Cost Audit
• Should be a team player with excellent communication skills and should be able to plan, co-ordinate with other Team members within and with another department
• Should have good understanding of manufacturing processes required for costing
• Should have hands on experience of SAP module with exposure for CO, MM & FI, Part & Post JVs.
• Responsible for validation of Material cost saving across all departments, reported in Financials
• To co-ordinate with Statutory / Internal / Cost Auditors for Financial & Cost Audit
• Material cost movement with respect to Budget & Forecast
• Explaining the variation in material cost with respect to Budget / Forecast
• Workout manufacturing Overheads Rate and updating in SAP
